SHIPMENT AND WHEN TO EXPECT MY BOX
✈ You will be billed for your first box on the day that you sign up, and your box will generally ship within 5 business days. After that your monthly box will be shipped the first week of every month.
✈ Once your box ships, you'll receive an email notification with tracking. Transit times vary depending on where you are located, and can range from 3 - 10 business days.
✈ Following your first box, you will be billed every month ($25 plus $5.99 shipping/handling per box).
✈ Please note, with current COVID-19 limitations and increased online shopping, carriers (FedEX, USPS, etc.) are being pushed to max capacity and shipping times could exceed the typical 5 - 10 business days.

RETURN, REFUND & DAMAGED ITEM POLICY FOR SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
✈ All box sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns of boxes, specific products in the boxes or additional items purchased in conjunction with the boxes. However, with the exception of damaged or missing items.
✈Any returns made will not be eligible for refund. However, we do offer exchanges on full price items. Please see the exchange policy for more details on retail priced items.
✈If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact Customer Service ASAP. A replacement item will be sent. Please note, we may ask for a photo of the damaged item.
CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION
✈ We're sad that we're losing our travel buddy, but don’t worry, cancelling your subscription is simple. log into your customer portal and select cancel or, email us at Sales@destinationxyz.com.
✈ You may cancel your account anytime, however please note that once an order has shipped, it may not be cancelled.
