Attention: Remember that each screen requires both a video and power feed to function.Please note that not all USB-C ports support video. Please reference your laptops online user manual to verify.



Before purchasing, if you want to know whether your laptop can be worked with this triple screen, please e/mail us in advance and tell us your laptop brand and model number to get the answer.



1. First of all, each of this tri-screen has 3 interfaces, 2 for video signal input: USB-C full function(SS), mini HDMI ; 1 for power: USB-C power.



2. If your laptop has a 2 USB-C port with DisplayPort output, you can only use a single USB-C to USB-C cable going from this port in your laptop to the USB-C full function(SS) input on the Tri-Screen. If the voltage of your laptop is not powerful for the 2nd monitor, you can use the USB-C to USB-A cable to supply the power.



3. If your laptop doesn't have 2 USB-C ports with DisplayPort output, you may require a simple HDMI adapter. First step, using the USB-A to USB-C cables. Plug one end into the Tri-Screen USB-C power port and the other end into your laptop's USB-A port. Second step, using the HDMI to mini HDMI cable. Plug one end into the Tri-Screen mini HDMI input and the other end into your laptop video port.



4. Please note that the following laptops will only support one screen at a time: Macbook Air (2017 and earlier); Macbook Pro (2012 and earlier); laptop with M1 chip.



5.Due to the some laptops' insufficient voltage, when connected to protable laptop monitor, one screen will work normally and another one not. You can try to use an additional USB cable to power the screen.
